A unique tribunal must be created to punish Russia for its aggression in Ukraine, the rustic’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed the UN General Assembly.
Zelenskyy, talking in a pre-recorded video, also known as for Moscow to have its energy of veto got rid of on the UN Security Council.
