French police say they have got arrested six other people on suspicion of smuggling Middle Eastern migrants around the English Channel.
The prison gang had allegedly organised the transportation of Afghan and Pakistani migrants to the United Kingdom.
According to police resources, the migrants have been housed in Paris and have been made to promote cigarettes illegally. They have been then taken to Calais, the place any other team within the prison community took them around the Channel in small boats.
