These essential things are needed to make Falooda-
Milk – 2 cups (full cream milk)
Falooda Sev – cup
Sugar – 2 tsp
Rose syrup – half cup
Tutti Frutti – 2 tbsp
Dry fruits – 2 tsp
Sabja seeds – 1 tsp
Vanilla Ice Cream – 2 Scoop
Method to make Falooda-
To make Falooda, first of all, take a spoonful of sabja seed and put it in water and leave it for at least 20 to 30 minutes.
After this, to make Falooda Sev, boil one cup of water and 2 cups of sugar in a pan.
After this, put Faluda sev in this syrup and keep it.
When it becomes soft, take it out and keep it aside.
After this take 2 cups of milk and put it in the pan and boil it till it becomes thick.
After that add sugar to it.
After this let the milk come to room temperature.
After that put it in the freezer to cool down. Take it out after 1 hour.
After this take a glass and put vegetables in it.
After this, add 2 spoons of rose syrup to it.
After that add milk to it.
After this add falooda sev in it.
After that mix it.
After this add dry fruits and tutti frutti.
After this, add cherries and ice cream to it.
Your chilled Shahi Falooda is ready.
