Things needed to make Mango Stuffed Kulfi-
Mango – 5
Milk – 1 liter
Mango pulp – 1 cup
Sugar – 4 tsp
Dry Fruits – Almonds and Pistachios (finely chopped)
Milk Powder – 2 tsp
Cream – 1 tsp
Process for making Mango Stuffed Kulfi-
To make Mango Stuffed Kulfi, first take milk and put it in a pan and heat it.
After this cook it for at least 20 minutes until it becomes thick.
After that add sugar to it.
After this add milk powder, cream and mix it.
After that keep it to cool down.
After that you take it and remove its seed.
After this, with the help of a spoon, give a bowl-like shape to the mango and fill the kulfi in it and put a cap on it and keep it in the fridge.
After 6 hours take it out and cut it into small pieces.
Serve it cold by pouring dry fruits over it.
