Today we are going to tell you about a very wonderful drink which is very good to have in summer. This drink is cardamom syrup. You must have eaten cardamom in many things of food and drink, but have you drunk its syrup. Along with this test, it is also considered very good for health. So let us tell you about the easy recipe of aromatic and very tasty cardamom syrup-
These things are needed to make cardamom syrup-
Cardamom – 1 cup (keep soaked)
Green food color – 2 drops
Rose water – half cup
Sugar – 1 kg
water – 1 liter
Citric Acid – 1/4 tsp
Follow this process to make cardamom syrup-
To make cardamom syrup, first soak a cup of cardamom and keep it overnight.
After this, put this cardamom in a big pan and mix it with one liter of water.
After this keep cooking it for 15 to 20 minutes.
After this filter the cardamom with a cloth.
Now put the filtered water in the pan again and mix citric acid, sugar, green color, rose water etc. in it.
After that cook it on low flame.
When it becomes thick, turn off the gas.
Let it cool down now.
Afterwards, fill the syrup in a bottle and keep it.
You can drink this syrup by mixing it with water or milk.
You can also serve it to the guests at home.
