Russia Ukraine War: Russia said on Thursday that Western aid to Kyiv has slowed its offensive in Ukraine, but that aid will not stop it from achieving victory. The Kremlin acknowledged that Western countries “soon” halted Russia’s military campaign. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, “The United States, Britain, NATO fully provide intelligence to the Ukrainian Armed Forces on a permanent basis.”

“With the influx of weapons being sent to Ukraine by these countries, all these actions are not allowing the military operation to end soon,” Peskov said. However, he insisted that outside aid was, nevertheless, “incapable of hindering the achievement” of Russia’s military campaign goals.
