Edible Oil Price: Amidst the rise in the global market, there has been an improvement in the prices of edible oil in the domestic market as well. After today’s trading, all oil prices including mustard, groundnut, cottonseed, CPO, palmolein and soybean have seen a jump. Apart from this, the Malaysia Exchange has seen a gain of three per cent, while the Chicago Exchange is currently gaining more than 1.5 per cent after gaining 1.5 per cent last night.

Increased prices in foreign markets
Let us tell you that apart from the increase in foreign oils, due to the discussion of reducing the duty in the country, the prices were increased in the foreign markets. He said that the price of mustard oil in May this year is Rs 15-20 less than the price of the same period last year, while the price of groundnut oil is at last year’s level, he said.

Good yield increased rates
The government has reduced the import duty of imported oils like CPO, Palmolein, Soyabean Degum, Sunflower by Rs 40-50 per kg, but despite this, the prices of foreign oils remain high. He said that the crisis that could have arisen due to the inflation of imported oils due to good production of mustard has been averted as the poorest consumers of the country are buying the cheapest mustard oil instead of importing expensive edible oils. Huh.
