Many companies including Reliance-TCS suffered huge losses, market cap slipped by 2.48 lakh crore in a week

Sensex Market Cap: There is a continuous decline in the stock market. In the last trading week, the market remained in the red mark due to the selling of APPI. During this, there was a big fall in the market cap of the top-8 companies of the Sensex. The market cap of the top Sensex companies slipped by Rs 2,48,372.97 crore last week. During this, Reliance Industries (Reliance Ind) was the biggest loser.

Which companies suffered losses?
Let us tell you that in the last week, the 30-share Sensex of BSE lost 2,041.96 points or 3.72 per cent. During this entire week, Reliance Industries (RIL), Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), HDFC Bank, Infosys, ICICI Bank, State Bank of India (SBI), HDFC and Bharti The market cap of Airtel has come down. At the same time, the market cap of Hindustan Unilever and Kotak Mahindra Bank has increased during this period.

Reliance and SBI slipped market cap
The market cap of Reliance Industries declined by Rs 1,30,627.7 crore to Rs 16,42,568.98 crore in this week. Apart from this, SBI’s market cap declined by Rs 35,073.72 crore. After the fall, SBI’s mcap came down to Rs 3,97,189.84 crore.

ICICI Bank and Infosys also suffered losses
The market cap of ICICI Bank fell by Rs 29,279.72 crore to Rs 4,70,856.80 crore and that of Infosys to Rs 6,32,432.92 crore with a loss of Rs 16,869.36 crore.

These companies also suffered losses
HDFC Bank’s market position declined by Rs 14,427.28 crore to Rs 7,16,641.13 crore and Bharti Airtel’s loss of Rs 11,533.26 crore to Rs 3,78,620.36 crore. The market cap of TCS declined by Rs 7,153.45 crore to Rs 12,48,998.89 crore and that of HDFC declined by Rs 3,408.48 crore to Rs 3,86,636.58 crore.

HUL and Kotak Bank benefited
Contrary to this trend, the market position of Hindustan Unilever (HUL) increased by Rs 10,514.42 crore to Rs 5,15,582.56 crore. Apart from this, the market valuation of Kotak Mahindra Bank rose by Rs 1,231.33 crore to Rs 3,53,200.33 crore.

Reliance remained on top in top-10
If we talk about the list of top-10 companies, then Reliance Industries stood first. It was followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, ICICI Bank, SBI, HDFC, Bharti Airtel and Kotak Mahindra Bank respectively.
