These things are needed to make Chicken Changji-
Chicken – 750 grams
Ginger paste – half teaspoon
Garlic paste – half teaspoon
Milk – 200 grams
Fresh Cream – 100 g
Tomato puree – 250 grams
Chaat masala – half tsp
Onion-3 (finely chopped onion)
Cashew – 50 grams (roasted)
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Lotus Seed Pops – cup
Ghee – 5 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Kasuri fenugreek leaves – 2 tsp
Water – 1/4 cup
salt to taste
How to make Chicken Changji –
To make Chicken Changji, first wash the chicken thoroughly.
After this, fry the chicken pieces by putting them in a pan.
After frying the chicken, take it out in a plate and keep it.
After this, fry the onion and keep it.
After this, add ghee to the pan, add milk, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, coriander powder, garam masala and red chili powder.
Fry all the spices well.
After this, add fried cashew, onion paste in it.
After this, add chaat masala, salt to it.
After this, add cream, ginger, lemon juice and kasoori fenugreek to it.
Cook this gravy for 7 to 8 minutes.
When the gravy is cooked well, add water to it.
Lastly, add boiled egg to it.
Lastly, add chicken to it.
Your Chicken Changji is ready.
