These things are needed to make Cashew Paneer Masala-
Paneer – 250 grams
Cashew – half cup
Butter – 2 tsp
Curry leaves – 5 to 6
Cloves – 4 to 5
Coriander chopped – 2 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Kasoori Fenugreek – 1 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Tomato puree – 2 cups
Cashew paste – 2 tsp
Cream / cream – half cup
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – half teaspoon
Cardamom – 2

How to make Cashew Paneer Masala –
To make Kaju Paneer Masala, first take the paneer and divide it into small pieces.
After this, take a pan and heat oil in it.
After this, fry it by adding pieces of cheese to it.
When it turns golden brown, take it out.
After this, fry cashew nuts in this oil and take it out.
Now take out cashew and make a paste out of it.
Now take out cashews in a plate and add butter to it.
After this, add cumin, clove, cardamom, curry leaves etc. and fry it.
Then add onion to it and cook for 2 minutes.
Then mix all the spices in it.
When all the spices are cooked, add tomato puree to it.
After this cook it till it leaves the grease.
Now add cashew paste to it.
After this add water and cream as required.
Mix everything and then add paneer to it.
Lastly, add cottage cheese and mix it.
Your cashew paneer masala is ready. Serve it with roti or noni.
You can also garnish it with cashews on top.
