Ingredients for Stuffed Tinde
- 4 medium sized tindas
- Grate 3 onions
- Finely chop 2 green chilies
- Peel 5 garlic cloves
- Grate one inch piece of ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- few finely chopped coriander leaves
- salt to taste
- oil to fry
Recipe to make Stuffed Tinde
1- First of all, wash and peel the tinda and cross the middle and make 2 cuts.
2- After this, put some salt in the tinde and keep it for 10 minutes.
3- Now crush the garlic, green chili, green coriander and ginger.
4- Now grind the onion and green chili or grate it.
5- Mix green chili, salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander powder and garam masala in this spice. Add grated ginger garlic to it as well.
6- Now take a little spice and press it in the middle of the tinde. Fill all the tindas in the same way.
7- Now heat oil in a wok or pan and cover the pan by putting the stuffed tindas. Slow down the flame of the gas.
8- Turn the tinde over while stirring it in between and cook till it melts.
9- When the tinde melts, fry it on high flame for a while and turn off the gas.
10- Stuffed tinde are ready. You will eat them with paratha or roti and you will find it very tasty.
