Big cardamom – 3
Cloves – 3
Bay leaves – 1
Cashew-10
Almonds – 10
Pomegranate seeds – 1/4 cup
Apple – 1 (finely chopped)
Sugar – 1 tsp
Saffron – 2 pinch
Coriander chopped – 2 tsp
Cinnamon – 1
Kashmiri red chili – 1/2 tsp

How to make Kashmiri Pulao
To make Kashmiri Pulao, first of all, take Basmati rice and clean it thoroughly.
After this, soak it in water for 1 hour and keep it.
Now take a pan and add ghee to it.
Add cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, big cardamom to it.
After this, add Kashmiri red chili powder, saffron, sugar, salt to it.
After this, after frying all the things for 1 minute, add rice to it.
After that add water to it.
Now cover and cook it for 2 minutes.
Keep checking from time to time whether the rice is cooking properly or not.
After this, when the rice is cooked, then turn off the gas.
Garnish it with dry fruits on top of it.
Your Kashmiri Pulao is ready. Serve it hot.
