For gravy, you need 250 grams onion, 100 grams cashew nuts, 4 small cardamom, 2 green chilies, 1 bay leaf, 50 grams butter, 50 grams garlic-ginger paste, 100 grams curd, a little kewra water drop, tsp white pepper Add powder, 50 grams fresh cream and salt as per taste. You can chop coriander for garnishing.

Shahi Paneer Recipe

  • To make Shahi Paneer, boil all the gravy ingredients.
  • Separate the bay leaf and cool all the boiled things and then make its puree in the mixer.
  • Now heat butter in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
  • Now fry the paste made of onion and other ingredients in the oil.
  • Now add curd to it and mix it well.
  • Cook for 5-10 minutes, when the masala leaves the oil, then add water according to it and make gravy.
  • Add kewra water, white chili powder, salt and paneer pieces to it.
  • Now put fresh cream in it and switch off the gas.
  • Garnish with green coriander and almond pieces.
  • Eat hot Shahi Paneer with roti, naan or poori.
