Ingredients for Mix Veg Sooji Cheela

  • Semolina – 1 cup
  • Curd – 1/2 cup
  • Cumin – 1/4 tsp
  • Potato – 1 finely chopped
  • Capsicum – 1/4 finely chopped
  • Onion – 1 finely chopped
  • Cabbage – 1/4th finely chopped
  • Carrot – 1 finely chopped
  • Peas – 1/4 bowl
  • Green coriander – 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • 3-4 tsp oil

Mix Veg Sooji Cheela Recipe
1- To make cheela, you have to mix semolina and curd and keep it for about half an hour.
2- The semolina will swell well to make cheela from it.
3- Now boil the vegetables in a pan. You can add potatoes, capsicum, cabbage in it. Add peas and carrots.
4- Now mix all the boiled vegetables, onion, green coriander, cumin, salt and puffed semolina in the prepared curd well.
5- To make cheela, heat a tawa and add cheela and bake it crisply from both the sides.
6- Mix Veg Sooji Cheela is ready, you can eat it with sauce or chutney.
