Kadhai Paneer Recipe: Often we make paneer curry in homes in a very simple way. This is the reason why our vegetable does not taste like the market. If you want to make restaurant-like vegetable at home, then try Kadai Paneer. In most of the houses, Matar Paneer is made in the food, which everyone is bored after eating. In such a situation, if you are fond of eating paneer and want to eat some new flavored vegetables, then paneer is a good vegetable for you. If you eat it with puri parantha then it will taste even more delicious.

The special thing is that you can prepare Kadai Paneer in just 10 to 15 minutes. Kadhai Paneer is very tasty to eat. The capsicum and onion pieces lying in it further enhance the taste of paneer. Let us know the recipe of Kadai Paneer.

Ingredients for Kadai Paneer

  • 300 grams paneer
  • 1 capsicum
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 green chilies
  • 10-12 cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • Green Coriander and Kasoori Fenugreek
  • Spices include 1 pinch asafoetida, teaspoon cumin, 1/3 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp,
  • Coriander powder, 1/4 tsp red chili, garam masala and salt
  • 2-3 tbsp oil for cooking vegetables

Kadhai Paneer Recipe

  • First, cut the paneer and capsicum into square pieces. Remove the middle from the capsicum as well.
  • Now put some oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces lightly.
  • After this, fry the pieces of capsicum in the same oil till they become slightly crunchy.
  • Take out the paneer and capsicum in a plate and keep it.
  • Now grind tomatoes, green chilies and cashews in a mixer and make a fine paste.
  • Now heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. When cumin seeds are roasted, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and kasoori fenugreek and fry the spices lightly.
  • Add red chili powder and add ginger paste, tomato, green chili and cashew paste.
  • Fry the spices till the oil comes over the spices.
  • Now add salt, garam masala and mix it. Add about half a cup of water.
  • Add paneer and capsicum pieces to it and cook for 5 minutes till the spices mix.
  • After making, turn off the gas and add green coriander to it and mix it well.
  • You can serve Kadhai Paneer with Poori, Paratha or Naan.
