Ingredients for Dry Jackfruit

  • Boil 500 grams jackfruit
  • Onion – 2 chopped
  • Green chili – 2 chopped
  • Garlic – 1 tsp chopped
  • Fenugreek seeds – 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste

1- First of all boil the jackfruit and mash it lightly.
2- Now put oil in the pan and after it becomes hot, add fenugreek seeds.
3- After this, add green chili, onion and garlic and fry till golden.
4- After the onion is roasted, add jackfruit and fry it on high flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
5- After this, make the gas medium and add turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala and salt.
6- Now fry the jackfruit till the spices are cooked well.
7- Turn off the gas and serve jackfruit bhujia by adding some coriander.
8- You eat it with lentils and rice. It tastes very tasty with paratha and roti also.
