Banana Pancake Recipe

1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
3 peeled and mashed bananas
3 tablespoons sugar
1 dash salt
1 tbsp refined oil
1 cup coconut milk
for main dish
2 beaten eggs

How to make Banana Pancakes
To make this easy dish, take a bowl and peel the banana in it and mash it with the help of a spoon or fork. Then take another bowl and break the egg. Beat the eggs well in a bowl until foamy. In a large bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and salt. Then add beaten egg mixture, oil, milk and coconut milk and add mashed bananas.

Now mix all the ingredients well so that a dosa-like batter is formed. Then heat a tawa on medium flame and put a small spoon of batter in it. Spread the batter evenly to make a thick pancake. Apply oil around the edges of the pancake and cook till golden brown on both the sides. Once done, remove the pancake from the tawa and serve with your favorite toppings.
