These things are needed to make Paneer Pancake-
Paneer – 300 grams
Sugar – 1/4 cup (grated)
salt – 1 pinch
Milk – 2 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour – 1/2 cup
Butter – 2 to 3 tbsp (salted)

How to make Paneer Pancake-
1. To make Paneer Pancake, take paneer in a bowl. Keep in mind that the paneer should be absolutely fresh.
2. After this, put two eggs in this paneer.
3. Then mix it well till the paneer becomes smooth.
4. Then add flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and butter to it.
5. Mix all these well until bubbles appear on it.
6. After this take a non stick pan and put some butter on it and then pour the pancake batter.
7. After that let it cook.
8. Then flip it and cook it from the other side.
9. When cooked from both the sides, take it out in a plate and serve it with honey, maple syrup, or nutella.
