Chicken boneless 500 grams
Refined oil 1 cup
Turmeric 1 tsp
Green coriander 1 handful chopped

Onion 2 medium
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
green chili 6
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Ingredients for Batter
Besan 1 cup
Rice flour 4 tbsp
How to make Chicken Pakoda
First of all wash the chicken thoroughly and remove its water. Now prepare the marination for the chicken. First of all, add onion, green chili, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice and salt and mix it well and prepare a mixture. Now put chicken pieces in this paste and leave it to marinate by covering it for some time.
Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder and water together. Take care not to prepare too thick mixture. Now take a pan and heat oil in it. Wrap the marinated chicken pieces in a thick batter and put them in hot oil. Fry these pieces from both the sides till golden brown. Now serve it with mint chutney or ketchup.
