- 1 cup broccoli
- 2 cloves
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- a pinch of turmeric
- Black pepper powder as per taste

- First, heat the butter in a pan. Add chopped garlic to it and fry for some time. Now add broccoli and toss it well so that it gets coated well with butter.
- Add a pinch of turmeric, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Fry the broccoli for 2 minutes. Now add 2 to 3 tbsp water. This will allow steam to form, which will help in the process of cooking the broccoli. Cook it for 6 to 7 minutes and switch off the flame.
